
Are the products organic?
Hug products contain 92-100% natural extract components. Some components could be natural substances synthesized through a chemical reaction process, for example, Hug’s bubble solution is made of coconut extract. Combined with organic extract, we aim to create gentle products that are suitable for the skin treatment of everyone in the family.
Why are some products not 100% natural? What are the rest components?
Hug’s products are made of 92-100% natural ingredients. The remaining ingredients in each product only contain gentle components in proper proportions for their functions, allowing all of the natural components in the products to provide the best possible care for your skin, for example,
PH Balanced — Maintains product balance in order to be gentle on the skin.
Vitamin E — Promotes skin health.
Mild Preservative — Gentle grade to preserve product quality.
Any preservative or Paraben contained?
Hug’s products contain no Parabens. However, we use the mildest grade of Mild Preservative to help preserve product quality.
What is bubble solution made of?
The element in Hug’s bubble solution is coconut extract.
Why are the colors of the product different each time I buy it?
Hug’s products contain no artificial colors. The colors we see are from natural ingredients, which are changeable. During the first phase, the colors darken quickly and will be stable in 3-6 months. In addition, each product has a different color shade; for example, the color of the lemongrass-scented product line will be darker than the others.
Therefore, please don’t be concerned if each product has a different color shade or darkens over time; the products still remain of the highest quality.
How can I check the list of chemicals I am allergic to?
All of the ingredients for each product are listed on the Product Info page under the subtopic “Ingredients”.
Is there any fragrance in the product?
Each product from Hug uses natural Essential Oil and fragrances to aromatically soothe you during skin pampering, but only with appropriate amounts or less than 1%. The product lines using fragrances are as follows:
– Rice / Hom-Nin Rice scented products
– Rose scented products
– Jasmine scented products
Which shampoos are suitable for dry or oily hair?
For dry hair, we recommend Conditioning Shampoo, a 2-in-1 formula that gives extra moisture without the use of a conditioner. There are 2 scents available: Rice Conditioning Shampoo and Lemongrass Conditioning Shampoo.
For oily hair, we recommend Peppermint Shampoo, which contains the Peppermint Essential Oil, reducing grease on the scalp and leaving it feeling cool and fresh.
Furthermore, Jasmine Mild Shampoo and Rose Mild Shampoo, which strengthen normal hair and scalp, are also recommended.
What scent does cleaning liquid have?
Since the ingredients are 100% natural, the scent will be fruit-fermented without being too fruity and will not stick to dishes or clothes.
Product life and storage.
Hug’s products can be stored for up to 2 years. We recommend that you use them within 1 year after opening.

It’s recommended for use with children over 3 years old.

Is it necessary to refill with Hug’s bottle?
We want to encourage people to reduce plastic bottle waste. So, whether it’s your first time refilling Hug’s products or not, you’re welcome to use any bottles you have for refilling.

Hug will ship the products within 1-2 days of receiving your order.
