- Hug started its first selling at Farmers’ Market.
- A product featured a clear display of the percentage of natural ingredients on a large, one-liter bottle, saving a family money and minimizing waste. Some customers said “Anyone will notice Hug’s bottles from a distance as they are like no one else’s”
- Following that, a 500-ml product size was released for sale in several Organic & Healthy Shops.
- Hug was selected as a Top Thai Brand in the health & beauty sector and exported to Russia as the first ever foreign market.
- Hug participated in the Health & Diet Fair in Tokyo, Japan.
